Gross Booking Value (“GBV”) / Gross Bookings: Gross Booking Value ("GBV") represents the dollar value of bookings from our channel partners as well as those booked directly on our platform related to Nights Sold during the period and cancellation fees for bookings cancelled during the period. GBV is inclusive of amounts charged to guests for rent, fees, and the estimated taxes a guest pays. Nights Sold: Nights Sold represents the total number of nights for which the guest stay has occurred during the period. Units / Listings / Homes: Units / Listings / Homes are properties that are displayed and bookable on our platform and through our channel partners, with no indication of a pending termination as of the end of a given period, for which we manage marketing and booking, reservations, payments, customer service, home care, compliance and other such services.
