On June 24, 2024, Bowlero Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a milestone in sales for its Summer Season Pass promotion. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
