Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 12, 2022, Bowlero Corp. (the “Company”) issued
a press release announcing that it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended July 3, 2022 on Thursday,
September 15, 2022 after the U.S. stock market closes. Management will discuss the results via webcast at 4:30 PM ET on the same day.
A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current
Report on Form 8-K.
