On June 28, 2024, representatives of Elevai Labs Inc. (the “Company”) began presenting and distributing a presentation slide containing the information attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 (the “Presentation”) and incorporated herein by reference, at a conference, and intends to, from time to time, present and distribute the Presentation to the investment community and utilize the Presentation at various conferences.
