Amendment Description	This Amendment amends the Current Report on Form 8-K of Waldencast Acquisition Corp. (“Waldencast”), filed with the Securities Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on November 15, 2021 (the “November 15 Current Report”), in which Waldencast reported, among other events, the execution of the Transaction Agreements (as defined below). The November 15 Current Report incorrectly identified the date of the earliest event reported on the cover page as November 13, 2021 and the date upon which the Initial Subscription Agreements (as defined below) were executed in Item 1.01 as November 13, 2021. Both dates have been revised herein to reflect the correct date, November 14, 2021.
