EJF Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2021 within the prescribed time period because additional time is needed to complete, in consultation with its auditors, its determination of the appropriate disclosures related to the restatement of its audited balance sheet filed in connection with its initial public offering on March 1, 2021. The Company anticipates that it will file its Form 10-Q within the five-day grace period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
