Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 1, 2024, Mr. Lakshmanan Kannappan notified the Board of the Company of his resignation as a member of the Board of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Kannappan’s decision to resign from the Board is solely for personal reasons and time considerations, and is not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices, or otherwise. As there are no disagreements as contemplated by Item 5.02(a) of Form 8-K, the Company is disclosing this information pursuant to Item 5.02(b) of Form 8-K.
A copy of their resignation letter is filed with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
