Financial Results

On June 30, 2021, Arrival (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three month period ended March 31, 2021 (“Q1 2021”). The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K. The Company also issued Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements (unaudited) for Q1 2021. The Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements (unaudited) for Q1 2021 are filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Report on Form 6-K and are incorporated by reference into the registration statement on Form S-8 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 15, 2021 (File No. 333-257101).
