The fee of $2,714.46 was paid in connection with the filing of the Schedule TO-I by BlackRock Alpha Strategies Fund (formerly, BlackRock Hedge Fund Guided Portfolio Solution) (File No. 005-92613) on September 25, 2023 (the “Schedule TO”). This is the final amendment to the Schedule TO and is being filed to report the results of the offer.
