On May 15, 2024, Sable Offshore Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
