Lease Agreements

In March 2019, the Company entered into a lease agreement for office space in Foster City, California which expires October 2024. The Company has the option to extend the lease agreement for a period of five years. The monthly lease payments include base rent charges of $48,000. The lease provides for a rent abatement and scheduled increases in base rent.

In June 2019, the Company entered into a lease agreement for office space in Suzhou China, which expires in October 2022. Monthly lease payments are inclusive of base rent, property management fee and the respective value added tax to be paid. Monthly lease payments include base rent of approximately $4,000 through October 2022.

Contingencies

From time to time, the Company may have certain contingent liabilities that arise in the ordinary course of business. The Company accrues a liability for such matters when it is probable that future expenditures will be made, and such expenditures can be reasonably estimated. For all periods presented, the Company was not a party to any pending material litigation or other material legal proceedings.
