Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On December 1, 2022, Quantum FinTech Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) filed suit against TradeStation Group, Inc., TSG Merger Sub, Inc., and Monex Group, Inc. in the Court of Chancery for the State of Delaware, Case No. 2022-1106-NAC, concerning the attempted business combination between the parties. On June 28, 2023, the litigation was settled, resulting in a net gain to the Company of $829,853.
