On April 29, 2022, Benson Hill, Inc. (the “Company”) released a letter from the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO Letter”) to the Company’s stockholders. A copy of the CEO Letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
