Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 26, 2024, Jessie English, PhD notified the Chair of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sensei Biotherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign from the Board, effective July 1, 2024. Her resignation was due to personal reasons and not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
