Capitalized software costs, net consisted of the following:

The Company capitalized $3.2 million and $3.1 million for the three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and $10.9 million and $9.7 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, included in Capitalized software costs. The Company amortized $2.7 million and $2.5 million for the three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and $8.1 million and $7.0 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, included in Depreciation and amortization expense.Intangible Assets, net
