Convertible Preferred Stock	9. Convertible Preferred Stock Upon the completion of the Company’s IPO in May 2021, all Convertible Preferred Stock was converted to shares of common stock or non-voting common stock. Series A Convertible Preferred Stock was converted into 7,476,632 shares of common stock, Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Stock was converted into 5,233,637 shares of common stock and Series B Convertible Preferred Stock was converted into 10,532,229 shares of common stock and 1,150,000 shares of non-voting common stock.
