FRE Margin was 50% for the 2Q’24 YTD, an increase of 1.5 percentage point when compared to the 2Q’23 YTD. Disregarding the VRS segment, FRE Margin was 52% for the 2Q’24 YTD. ▪ Adjusted Distributable Earnings (DE)¹ of R $ 58 . 4 million (R $ 1 . 10 /share) in the quarter, down 17 % year - over - year on an absolute basis and 16 % year - over - year on an Adjusted DE per share² basis .
