Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 6, 2023, PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. (the "Company") held its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). The proposals voted upon at the Annual Meeting and the final results of the stockholder vote on each proposal are described below.

Proposal 1: Election of Directors

All of the nominees for director listed in Proposal 1 in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26, 2023, were elected by the Company’s stockholders to serve on the Company’s board of directors until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until his or her successor is elected and qualified, by the following vote:
