On August 14, 2023, Sky Harbour Group Corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.

On August 15, 2023, the Company furnished information in the form of an investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) to its investors, analysts, shareholders and other parties at a scheduled investor meeting. A copy of the Investor Presentation is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
