On May 21, 2024, Presto Automation Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.
A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
