Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 24, 2024, Scilex Holding Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had sent a letter to the U.S House of Representatives on illegal market manipulation of its common stock. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”).
