Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 14, 2024, Joby Aviation, Inc. (the “Company”) held an Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) at which stockholders holding and entitled to vote 551,223,348 shares of the Company’s Common Stock, or approximately 78% of the total outstanding shares of the Company’s Common Stock as of the record date for the Annual Meeting were present in person or by proxy. At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders voted on the following proposals, each of which is described in detail in the Company’s 2024 Proxy Statement. The final voting results are reported below.
