On May 2, 2022, Fusion Fuel Green PLC (“Company”) issued a press release relating to the Company’s filing of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021, along with an annual shareholder update letter from the Company's Chairman and executive committee. On May 5, 2022, the Company also published a press release related to its filing of a registration statement on Form F-3. Each of the foregoing are each available on the Company’s website, fusion-fuel.eu. The press releases and shareholder update letter are also attached as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3 to this Report on Form 6-K, respectively, and are incorporated by reference herein.
