Item 2.02     Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 14, 2023, Sonder Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a Shareholder Letter announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. A copy of the Shareholder Letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
