In connection with the previously announced business combination between Opportunity Financial, LLC (“OppFi”) and FG New America Acquisition Corp. (“FGNA” or the “Company”), on April 26, 2021, OppFi released a press release announcing that its CEO, Jared Kaplan, will be speaking at the LendIt Fintech USA 2021 Conference to be held virtually on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 3:10 p.m. Eastern Time.
