Warrant Description					During the three months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, no warrants were exercised.		During the nine months ended September 30, 2022, a total of 70,791 warrants were exercised in exchange for 187,300 shares of common stock for the value of $412,890. During the nine months ended September 30, 2021, no warrants were exercised.
