Graphex Group Limited (the “Company” or “we”) is an issuer with its ordinary shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKSE”). Under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the HKSE (“Listing Rules”), we are required to publish an announcement (the “Announcement”) regarding the notice of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company that will be held on 30 August 2023 (Wednesday) for the purposes of, among other matters, considering and approving the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2023 and considering the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
