EXPLANATORY NOTE

MINISO Group Holding Limited (the “Company”) hereby furnishes this Amendment No. 1 on Form 6-K/A (this “Form 6-K/A”) solely to correct an inadvertent clerical error in the Company’s Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 19, 2021 (the “Original Form 6-K”). The header titled “As at June 30, 2020 (Unaudited)” on page 11 of Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Form 6-K is hereby corrected to “As at June 30, 2021 (Unaudited)” on page 11 of Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K/A.
