On July 19, 2024, Reliance Global Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 4:30 PM Eastern Time to discuss financial results for the second quarter of 2024 and provide a business update. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in any website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
