Vistas Media Acquisition Company Inc. (the “Company”) is in the process of preparing its financial statements for inclusion in its annual report on Form 10-K and has experienced delays in the preparation of such statements. As a result, the Company is unable to file its Form 10-K by the prescribed deadline. The Company expects to file the Form 10-K on or before the 15^th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
