Related Party Transactions	Related Party TransactionsAffiliates of ABRY Partners, LLC and ABRY Partners II, LLC (collectively, “ABRY”), are Term Loan Facility lenders under the First Lien Credit Agreement. As of March 31, 2023, the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loan Facility was $2,254.0 million, of which $58.8 million, or 2.6%, is due to ABRY affiliates. Investment funds affiliated with ABRY are also co-investors in Rackspace Technology.
