ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 – ORGANIZATION AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Laser Photonics Corporation (the “Company”) was formed under the laws of Wyoming on November 8, 2019. The Company changed its domicile to Delaware on March 5, 2021. The Company is a vertically integrated manufacturing company for photonics based industrial products and solutions, primarily disruptive laser cleaning technologies. The vertically integrated operations allow the Company to reduce development and advanced laser equipment manufacturing time, offer better prices, control quality and protect proprietary knowhow and technology compared to other laser cleaning companies and companies with competing technologies. Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited condensed financial statements and notes are presented in United States dollars and have been prepared in accordance with United States generally accepted accounting principles (“U.S. GAAP”) for interim financial information and with the instructions of Form 10-Q and Article 10 of Regulation S-X. Accordingly, those do not include all of the information and footnotes required by U.S. GAAP for complete financial statements. The results of operations for the six months ended June 30, 2023 are not necessarily indicative of results that may be expected for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, or any future period. These financial statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements, notes and significant accounting policies included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022.
