On April 11, 2024, EZGO Technologies Ltd., a British Virgin Islands business company (the “Company”), entered into a procurement agreement (the “Procurement Agreement”) to sell twelve security patrol robots and one intelligent patrol platform for an aggregate price of approximately US$1.84 million.

On April 12, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the entry of the Procurement Agreement. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
