Item 8.01 Other Events.
Share Repurchase Program
On November 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of Open Lending Corporation (the “Company”) authorized a share repurchase program for up to $75 million of the Company’s outstanding common stock (the “Share Repurchase Program”). This authorization allows the Company to repurchase shares of its common stock until November 17, 2023. Repurchases may be made at management’s discretion from time to time on the open market. The Share Repurchase Program may be suspended for periods, amended, or discontinued at any time.
