Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Board of Directors of Driven Brands Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) has established May 18, 2022 as the date of the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders (the “2022 Annual Meeting”). The time and place of the 2022 Annual Meeting will be included in the notice of the 2022 Annual Meeting, which will accompany the Company’s 2022 proxy statement. The record date for the 2022 Annual Meeting has been set for March 24, 2022.
