On November 3, 2022, Butterfly Network, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022 and providing a business update. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On November 1, 2022, Stacey Pugh, Chief Commercial Officer of the Company, notified the Company of her resignation effective as of November 24, 2022 to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Pugh’s departure was not the result of any disagreement regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
