Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On May 27, 2021, Stephen Ivsan, the Chief Procurement Officer of Lightning eMotors, Inc. (the “Company”), announced his decision to resign his employment with the Company, effective immediately, to pursue other career interests.
