Legend Biotech Achieves Milestones in BCMA CAR-T Collaboration with Janssen

On February 11, 2022, Legend Biotech Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it achieved two milestones under its collaboration agreement with Janssen Biotech, Inc. for ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel), resulting in aggregate payments to the Company of $50 million.

The press release announcing the milestone payments is attached to this Form as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
