Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 14, 2022, Cano Health, Inc. (the “Company”) and Onsite Dental, a national leader in employer-based dental care, issued a joint press release announcing that the Company and Onsite Dental have entered into a strategic partnership to promote preventative, proactive dentistry for improved healthcare outcomes and that Onsite Dental has acquired Dental Excellence Partners, LLP, a leading national dental organization serving primarily Medicare and Medicaid patients. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
