On January 11, 2023, DoubleDown Interactive Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire SuprNation AB, a European-based i-Gaming company providing differentiated casino gaming experiences.
