The Registrant’s unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020 and September 30, 2019, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, were issued in Seoul, Korea and are being furnished pursuant to General Instruction B to the General Instructions to Form 6-K.
