VTEX Announces the Departure of Director Paulo Thiago Passoni
VTEX (NYSE: VTEX), the enterprise digital commerce platform for premier brands and retailers, the leader in accelerating the digital commerce transformation in Latin America and now expanding globally, announced that Mr. Paulo Passoni has submitted his resignation letter as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Passoni has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2019, in representation of SoftBank Group Corp. Mr. Passoni left SoftBank Group Corp recently and on June 3, 2022 VTEX received his resignation letter to his seat at our Board of Directors.
