(b) On May 7, 2024, Jeffrey A. Doctoroff, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of MultiPlan Corporation (“MultiPlan” or the “Company”), provided the Company with notice of his resignation, effective on or about June 30, 2024. Mr. Doctoroff has worked at MultiPlan for nearly ten years and provided significant contributions to the Company during that time.
