Shareholders' Equity	Shareholder's Equity On February 27, 2023, the Board approved a repurchase program, authorizing, but not obligating, the Company's repurchase of up to an aggregate amount of $100 million of its Class A common stock from time to time through December 31, 2023. As of June 30, 2023, the Company has spent $13.1 million, including commissions, for the repurchase of its Class A common stock as part of this program using cash on hand. On May 8, 2023, the Company issued stock consideration of 21,588,652 shares of Company Class A common stock for the acquisition of BST.
