Resignation of Director

On October 12, 2023, Juan Carlos Roa Gomez tendered his resignation as Director of Flora Growth Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the province of Ontario (the "Company"), with such resignation becoming effective on October 12, 2023. Mr. Gomez' resignation as Director was not related to any disagreement with the Company or the Company's Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
