Related Party Transactions	Related Party TransactionsIn June 2021, one of Leafly's significant investors, Brendan Kennedy, purchased a convertible promissory note totaling $1,000. The note was issued as part of the existing series of 2021 Notes (see Note 11) and was subject to the same interest rate, maturity, and conversion terms. This note converted to shares of Leafly common stock upon closing of the Business Combination in February 2022, along with the other 2021 Notes.
