Amendment Description	Merida Merger Corp. I (the “Company,” “we”, “our” or “us”) is filing this Amendment No. 3 (“Amendment No. 3”) to the Annual Report on Form 10-K/A (the “Amendment”) to amend the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020, originally filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on March 31, 2021, amended on July 26, 2021 and on November 23, 2021 (as amended, the “Original 10-K”), to respond to certain comments received from the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Staff”). Items Amended In This Amendment This Amendment No. 3 is being filed to amend the Original 10-K by supplementing certain disclosures in Part II, Item 9A “Controls and Procedures” and to file new certifications in Part IV, Item 15 “Exhibits, Financial Statement Schedules.” Other than as set forth above, this Amendment No. 3 does not reflect events occurring after the filing of the Original 10-K, and no other information in the Original 10-K is amended hereby. Other events or circumstances occurring after the date of the Original 10-K or other disclosures necessary to reflect subsequent events have not been updated subsequent to the date of the Original 10-K. Accordingly, this Amendment No. 3 should be read in conjunction with the Original 10-K and our filings with the SEC subsequent thereto.
