Sale of Equity Method Investment

In March 2016, the Company completed the sale of an equity method investment in India. Under the terms of the sale agreement, the sale price was $19.0 million, with $6.3 million paid at closing, and the remaining balance to be paid in annual equal installments on the first and second anniversary of the closing, respectively. In connection with the sale, during the three months ended March 31, 2016, the Company recorded a $0.3 million loss included in other income (expense).
