On April 3, 2024, Lori Hu notified Elevation Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective April 5, 2024. Ms. Hu’s decision was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Ms. Hu for her service on the Board and wishes her well in her future pursuits.
In connection with Ms. Hu’s resignation, the Board appointed Darcy Mootz, Ph.D., as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee to fill the vacancy left by Ms. Hu.
