EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Amendment No.1 (the “Amendment”) to the report of foreign private issuer on Form 6-K originally furnished by Quhuo Limited (the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 27, 2020 (the “Original 6-K”) is being filed solely to furnish a corrected version of the press release dated August 27, 2020 announcing the Company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2020.

This Amendment does not otherwise amend, modify or update any disclosures contained in the Original 6-K with respect to any events occurring after the furnishing of the Original 6-K.
